Pre qualification to tender with negotiation for awarding of PPS contract to an appropriate provider that shall assume full responsibility to deliver (design, build and rent) as well as own, operate and maintain the new Fire Station for a minimum of 25 years.
The aim with pre qualification is to pre qualify 3 - 5 suppliers who are then invited to deliver an offer with proposed solutions in the negotiated tender for the Fire Station.
