SwAF (The Swedish Armed Forces) are in need of a new footwear system and FMV (The Swedish Defence Materiel Administration) plans to announce a procurement of Rubber boots in the near future. The purpose of this RFI (Request for Information) is for FMV to gain a deeper knowledge of certain technical aspects and investigate the capabilities and opportunities within the industry.
