Short description
The aim of this procurement is to procure a general system that gives users access to eBooks/eAudio books. The system must include a user friendly eBook/eAudio book reader/loan application that facilitates a good reader experience, spreading literature, and simple retrieval. The procurement must also cover a procurement system with intuitive and user friendly interface that ensures efficient procurements of new eBooks/new content.
