Short description
The procurement is being made in order to engage a turnkey contractor for the construction of an activity park and multipurpose hall in Løren.
The project comprises an activity park and a small multipurpose hall with the accompanying facilities at cadastral no./ title no. 124/199 - Lørenveien 64, 0580 Oslo.
The aim of Løren activity park and multipurpose hall is to improve the amount of facilities for children and youths, create a meeting place for residents in the area, facilitate urban life and green areas, and meet local needs for self-organised activity.
The multipurpose hall will be multi-functional and will include additional areas for dance and martial arts. There are options to establish a loan centre for sports equipment at the facility, which can be used in the hall and for activities in the park.
The activity park will consist of green structure, paths, varied activity surfaces, and different social zones.
