The Department of Chemistry at Aarhus University intents to buy an Electron Backscatter Diffraction detector for our TESCAN CLARA electron microscope. The detector will be used for studying crystallinity of nanoparticles and grain orientation in solid samples in conjunction with the imaging and EDS modes of the microscope.
