Harstad Municipality needs to hire project management, particularly for the development of Rødskjær port and industrial area, which is a collaboration project with Harstad havn KF. This will apply to all project phases (early phase, preliminary phase, detailed phase, execution phase and completion phase). Assistance in other similar projects can also be required.
