Compression heat pumps for Pått heat pump project

Short description

Vaasan Sähkö Oy ("The Purchaser") is presently searching for solutions to reduce the use of fossil fuels. A feasibility study has been made for two different heat pump projects. The projects seem profitable. At this stage one of the projects (Pått project) will be materialized. This contract notice applies to the Pått project. The target is to implement the project in September 2023. The Purchaser therefore asks for binding quotations for the needed heat pumps. This document and its appendixes are Invitation To Participate. Preliminary Invitation to Tender and Final Invitation to Tender will be prepared and issued later on during the procurement phase.
