The invitation to tender includes 6 different areas of responsibility. Option for two additional areas.
• Canteens
• Cleaning
• Site Management
• Conference hosting (option)
• Janitor services
• Flower and Plant care
• Waste management
• Reception services (option)
It is not allowed to submit tenders for individual areas of responsibility. The contracting authority has considered dividing the contract, but has concluded that we want to outsource the overall responsibility for Facility Management services.
