Norske tog (the contracting authority) has many ongoing and upcoming large projects. This may generate an increased need for IT resources. Norske tog thus wants to enter into an IT consulting agreement that can be called upon if deemed necessary. There is often a need for IT expertise in various projects related to IT systems in trains, communication between trains and land-based systems, IT security, etc. Norske tog intends through this call for tenders to enter into a framework agreement with one provider.
