Arendal kommune (Arendal Municipality) with companies wants to enter into parallel framework agreements for technical consultancy services with three to five tenderers. Primarily this will concern Municipal Engineering and Planning, Arendal Property and Arendal Port of Authority, and deliveries will typically be within the disciplines of engineering design related to building and construction, construction management/site implementation and development of municipal plans.
