Short description
The objective of the procurement is to meet the need for license administration of Microsoft and Adobe products. License administration means the purchase and maintenance of licenses and software and internal consultancy services/Software Asset Management (SAM). The contract must ensure that the clients have the most appropriate and economically advantageous license contract at all times, and that the clients have access to a consultancy services that is qualitative and economically viable.
