HVL will enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of subscriptions and services in subscription management for Norwegian and foreign periodicals and newspapers for the library. We would like to sign a framework agreement with 1 tenderer. We would, therefore, like tenderers who can offer all or as many as possible of the periodicals listed in the price matrix.
