Delivery of school books and non-fiction to the municipalities of Ballangen, Evenes, Gratangen, Narvik, Tysfjord and Tjeldsund.
The Contracting Authority aims to use this competition to enter into most economically advantageous contract for the delivery of school books and non-fiction through a Framework Agreement. The contract period will be 2 years from the contract date, with a unilateral option for a further 1 year + 1 year. The expected start-up is December 2018.
