Tender for a New Health and Care System (EPJ), Kinn Municipality

The competition is for the delivery of an electronic patient records system (EPJ). This means a complete system for the nursing and care sector in Kinn Municipality, which must ensure that daily operations function as optimally as possible. There will be a strong focus on efficient work processes in the municipalities and a new EPJ system must support this. The system must therefore have close integration between the administrative systems and, not least, the trade systems in the municipalities, in such a way that double registrations and unnecessary work processes are eliminated. The procurement is being made as a competition with a prequalification and negotiations in accordance with part III of the regulations. The new system must be commissioned at the latest 1.1.2020. The Contracting Authority therefore finds it necessary to use the accelerated procedure for this procurement. This means that tenderers have 15 days to apply for qualification. The Contracting Authority will then allow at least 25 days for work on the tender before the tender deadline.
