Vestfoldmuseene IKS would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the design and production of new exhibition solutions at the Whaling Museum in Sandefjord.
The delivery includes the establishment of complete exhibition solutions in a part of the museum that is being expanded and upgraded. The museum will be responsible for the content part of the exhibition, i.e., historical material, photos, film, etc. The selection of historical objects and the use of this material, as well as the formulation of exhibition texts will occur in a dialogue with the museum´s employees and the tenderer.
Tenderers shall deliver a turnkey total concept as regards technical solutions and exhibition design, in accordance with the agreed solution. The tenderer shall administer any sub-suppliers and will be responsible for them carrying out work and deliveries in accordance with the contract.
