Flue Gas Condensing Plant

The flue gas condensing plant delivery includes flue gas condenser with necessary auxiliary equipment according to Appendix 2. The delivery includes also basic and detailed engineering, procurement, manufacturing and transportation, installation, commissioning, training and documentation. The new flue gas condenser/scrubber will recover the heat of flue gases during heating season. During summer period scrubber will be used only as a polishing scrubber as no additional heat is needed. The condensate will be used partly as raw water of the boiler plant and the excess will be forwarded to sewage system. The condensate treatment system shall clean the condensate to a quality comparable to tap water. The existing stack shall be replaced by a new stack.
