2018/1311 Procurement of new form system

Stortinget [the Norwegian Parliament] currently has 11 electronic forms connected to a workflow. These are developed in Formsmaker, Info-path and EPI. The forms are made available on the Norwegian Parliament’s internet / extranet. In 2018, the Norwegian Parliament wants to procure a new form tool to replace the current electronic forms. Besides replacing the current electronic form, we also envisage new needs will arise requiring the Norwegian Parliament to develop new forms. Besides the delivery of the actual form tool, the delivery also includes training the Norwegian Parliament staff in developing forms on the offered system. It is desirable to be able to set up and administrate an unlimited number of forms. As an option, the Norwegian Parliament wants the possibility of buying assistance from the tenderer in regard to the development of new forms. The forms shall be used for both internal and external advanced applications, as well as simple forms linked from internet sites. The form data shall be able to be imported directly into our database.
