The competition is for a framework agreement for a plant service and deliveries of green plants, flowers/bouquets, etc. to the Norwegian Parliament.

The competition consists of two parts, part I Plant Service and part II Green plants, cut flowers, decorations, bouquets, etc.

Tenderers can submit tenders for part I, part II, or both parts I and II.
