Kort beskrivelse

The municipalities of Nedre Eiker, Drammen and Svelvik shall merge and be established as a new municipality from 1.1.2020. The new municipality will be the seventh largest municipality in Norway, with approx. 100,000 residents and approx. 6,000 employees. The municipalities have set up a project for establishing New Drammen. The project c/o the project chief is the Contracting Authority for this procurement.

The procurement concerns assistance with mapping and assessment of models and tools for the business management of Nye Drammen. Based on the assessments, a proposal shall be prepared that can form the basis for the Chief Officer’s resolution.
