The municipalities of Svelvik, Drammen and Nedre Eiker have carried the motion to merge and establish a new municipality from 1.1.2020.
The municipalities have set up a project for establishing New Drammen. The project c/o the project chief is the Contracting Authority for this procurement.
The procurement concerns assistance with mapping and description as well as the selection of a model for the organisation design.
