In recent years, NRK’s Analysis Department has experienced a sharp increase in assignments of qualitative character, particularly as insight into strategy work, and therefore wants to coordinate the organisation’s need in the form of parallel framework agreements for qualitative analyses.
In most of the projects, it is assumed that external agencies will be utilised throughout the entire process, but it can also occur that it is more appropriate to recruit via external service providers and that interviews/the analysis work is done internally.
