The Norwegian State Education Loan Fund (Lånekassen) is carrying out an open tender competition with Best Value Procurement method (BVP) with the aim of entering into a service agreement for the purchase of IT operational services for the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund’s administration environment. This includes client operation, operation of network, operation of data services, as well as 2nd and 3rd line support.
