Procurement of a contract for the procurement and operation of core systems

The Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund (the Loan Fund) is holding an open tender contest with the Best Value Procurement methods (BVP), with the intention of entering into a cloud service contract for the procurement of IT operational services for the Loan Fund´s core systems. This includes the operation of the loan fund's modulis system in all environments (production, testing, development), as well as support systems for the development and management of modulis.
