Framework agreement - Survey, removal of fungus and rebuilding of infected areas

Hordaland county wishes tender on the delivery of services regarding survey, removal of areas infected with fungus in the county’s buildings, and rebuilding of these areas.

Most of the work under the agreement will be within the municipalities Bergen, Fjell, Sund, Os, Askøy, Osterøy and Lindås. Work in other parts of the county may also occur from time to time. See further information in the price file regarding coverage of travel costs.

The value of the agreement is highly uncertain and will depend on the amounts of areas infected with a fungus are discovered during the duration of the agreement. Hordaland county has not previously had a framework agreement regarding these works. The county has bought these services from time to time when needed. The county estimates the value of the agreement to be over 1 700 000.00 NOK including extension options.
