Framework agreements for the purchase of consulting engineer services.

The objective of the contract is to engage consulting engineers who shall cover the Contracting Authority's need for technical consultancy services for the planning and execution of investment and maintenance projects for Songdalen municipality. A framework agreement shall be entered into with 1 service provider for each agreement area: 1) Architect / Landscape Architect (ARK/LARK) / Area Planner, 2) Project and Construction management / Builder's representative and Safety, health and work environment coordinator (SHA), 3) Consulting engineer, construction technique (RIB), 4) Consulting engineer, Fire-proofing (RIBr), 5) Consulting engineer, electrical installations (RIE), 6) Consulting engineer, HVAC including sanitary installations (RIV), and 7) Independent inspections. Tender may be submitted for one or more of the agreement areas. Tenderers who deliver services in agreement area 7) ‘Independent inspections’, cannot deliver services for other agreement areas.
