Vest-Agder County is the Contracting Authority, on behalf of the public joint procurement scheme in Agder (OFA).
OFA comprises 2 counties, 24 municipalities and 9 associated units in the Aust- and Vest-Agder region.
The objective of the tender contest is to ensure that the Contracting Authority's requirements for copy and print are taken care of in a good manner. The contracting only wants one contractual partner but is allowing the municipalities to be served by the tenderer's joint venture partners or sub-suppliers
