A framework agreement for the delivery of hardware and software licences for the contracting authority's traffic measurements and fault findings systems The framework agreement shall cover the Contracting Authority's need for management and expansion of the existing Traffic measurements and fault findings systems
Furthermore, a continuous maintenance agreement which shall include further defined maintenance services related to both the content in the existing Traffic measurements and fault findings systems as well as the expansions that occur due to call-off contracts established by the framework agreement.
