Norsk Tipping shall enter into 1 framework agreement or 2 framework agreements on counselling services for responsible gambling activities The contract includes the production of content for e-training, counselling and analyses in relation to Norsk Tipping's products, services and responsibility framework with regards to preventing negative consequences of gambling problems and dependency.

The requirement is divided in 2 service areas and tenders can be submitted for 1 or both areas.
