Kort beskrivelse

The contracting authority would like tenders for machine independent consumables for endoscopy. The procurement is divided into 65 lots/sub-contracts. See Part 2 Annex 1 Price Form — Framework Agreement, for further specifications and the estimated volume. The total estimated contract value for 1 year is 8 000 000 — 10 000 000 NOK. Attention is drawn to the fact that the estimated values and volumes are not binding for the contracting authority.

Tenderers are to complete the ESPD (European Self-Declaration Form) in Mercell, as stated in the competition terms point 1.9 (Part 1 — Annex C). If a Tenderer will use sub-suppliers to fulfil the qualification requirements, the sub-suppliers must complete an ESPD form as stated in Part 1 Competition Terms — Open Tender Contest, part III, section 1.9. The xml form for filling in the ESPD form is in Part 1 Annex C.
