Norsk Tipping shall procure a new overall and specialised platform for running/managing their Oracle databases, both for production and for tests/development.
The system shall be delivered and ready for operation to Norsk Tipping's computer centre in Hamar. Stringent demands are made in relation to the operation, performance and reliability of the system. The system shall be 100 % supported by the Oracle database. Norsk Tipping needs a simple and predictable price model for hardware and software, and the offered system shall be able to use the Oracle database options such as multi-tenant, security, etc.
