DMFS system for Trondheim Property.

A Digital Management Facility System (DFMS) shall be procured and implemented during the period 2017 — 2018. The system shall control and support the work processes that are described in SSAT Annex 1, Appendix 01 the Current situation.

Trondheim municipality prefers to procure a ready developed DFMS system which can be altered and integrated. The DMFS system shall be standardised and have capacity for operating more than 1 100 000 m2 areas for all types of purpose-built buildings: schools, nursery schools, health and welfare centres and other health buildings, culture, administration and sports buildings with accompanying outdoor areas, and approx. 4 000 municipal rental housings of which 3 000 are owned and 1 000 rentals, in various housing cooperatives / co-ownership.
