Parallel framework agreements for consultancy services for the Oil for Development programme.

OD, Mdir, Ptil and KYV need consultancy services that shall strengthen and supplement our internal competence in order to contribute to the Ofu programme. See http://www.norad.no/ for further information on the Ofu programme.

The competition is particularly aimed at professional environments who can carry out assignments within the petroleum sector, including legal, geo, technical petroleum, HSE related, environment related (including climate), ICT, administrative and financial areas. There is a need for contracts for consultancy servicse in 11 different sub-areas. See annex 1 for a further description of the sub-areas. The expected start-up is December 2017 / January 2018.

The aim of the competition is to enter into paralllel framework agreements for the sub-areas stated in annex 1. The contracts will be for two years, with an option for OD, Ptil and Mdir to extend the contracts for 1+1 year. The estimated value of the framework agreements is approx. NOK 50 million excluding VAT per annum.
