OD needs consultancy services within the maintenance and further development of our geographical information systems (GIS tools). The GIS tools include, amongst other things, OD's fact sheet on the internet and OD's internal GIS data system based on ESRI, Latitude Geographics and Open Source software. The delivery shall cover competence transfer and consultancy for new and existing systems.

OD would like to enter into a contract with 1 tenderer. The contract will be for 2 years, with an option for OD to extend the contract for 1+1 year.

The contract has an estimated value of 600 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum. The estimated value is non-binding on OD and carries no rights for the tenderer.

The expected start of the contract is August.
