Minor refurbishment works for a smal office in Sao Paulo

The contract comprises refurbishing works, installation of the new airconditioning system, pipeworks and related construction works of an office with floor area of 150 square meters. The office is locating in a multi story office building in the city center in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The contract includes also preparing detailed design for the client's approval, obtaining necessary official permits, inspections and approvals, making the necassary notifications to the authorities concerning contract works , delivering design and certificates of materials and equipment to the client for inspection and approval, compiling and submission of final documents with operating and maintanace instructions and as-built drawings.

The works are scheduled to begin in April 2017 and to be completed and handed over to the Client in June 2017.
