The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like, as a procurer of toll money collection, to facilitate a well-functioning market. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration shall carry out a project in 2016-2019 that shall replace the current central system. After having completed and approved the concept phase, the project is now in the planning phase for the procurement of a AutoPASS HUB, which shall cover parts of the entire system portfolio necessary for obtaining toll money. The other parts are NOT included in this procurement or dialogue.
