Reconstruction of Gipø Øst [Gipø East] to an administration building.

Kort beskrivelse

The project consists of a turnkey contract with engineering design and main reconstruction of Gipø Øst from a hospital to a new office and administration building for Nøtterøy kommune's technical sector and home service. Gipø Øst was erected in 1978. The building is three stories and consists primarily of concrete and brick. The total area is approx. 2 700 m².

The planned start for reconstruction is March 2017 with completion scheduled for early December 2017. The building shall be used from 2.1.2018.
