This is the Request for Information (RFI) from SEB* looking for Supplier who could provide Genesys version upgrade and maintenance for SEB Lithuania (AB SEB Bankas) and SEB Latvia (AS SEB banka)!
SEB intention is to upgrade currently used CC contact management system Genesys version to Genesys Business edition ensuring development of all existing customization in new version, acquire additional licenses, create one pool for licenses of SEB Latvia and SEB Lithuania further on supported and maintained by one partner.

Answers to this Request for Information are expected no later than 2016-07-08.
