Procurement of accommodation in 2015
Tromsø municipality owns and uses approx. 1100 rented accommodation units. The accommodation is rented to persons who require assistance in obtaining their own accommodation. There is a great need to increase the offer of rented accommodation and the municipality has set aside resources for this purpose in the current financial plan period.
The aim is that the municipality's procurement of accommodation will contribute to increased housing construction in Tromsø.
Tromsø municipality would like tenders for the procurement of normal accommodation integrated in ordinary residential areas.
Two room flats (30-50 m2)
Three room flats (50-75 m2)
Tromsø municipality would like tenders for existing accommodation and ready designed accommodation, which will be ready to be moved into by the first quarter of 2016 at the latest.
Tenders are to be sent to Tromsø municipality by Friday 14 August, 14:00.
