Environment-Controlled multi nozzles Electrospinning Apparatus: This electrospinning apparatus is de-signed to synthesize materials in form of fibers with diverse size and composition in the shape of core-shell, decorated, hollow fiber of different ceramic materials, and to cover areas of 100x100 mm2 (mini-mum). To produce such morphologies, direct and simultaneous synthesis and deposition of multi-phase fibers in continuous streams are required. As consequence the equipment is equipped with multi-nozzle, co-axial nozzle and relative pumps system. Motorized drum collector system are also present. Electric fields, spinning distance, collector/nozzle position and other parameters have to be carefully regulated and controlled. Temperature and relative humidity are shown to be of great influence on the process and a control and monitoring of these environmental variables are necessary. Moreover, safety for the use of high electric tension and presence of fibers in the spinning process are basic requirements.
