Framework Agreement with partner who upon request/order shall provide services related to organizational restructuring of ANS.
Avinor, Air Navigation Services, is facing big changes in the future. Air Navigation Services will in the next few years change from being a business unit in a monopoly situation with full cost recovery regime to a business in a situation with partially competition and partially regulated prices. To meet the changes, Air Navigation Services has to rethink the way they work, what technology they use, restructure the organization and business orient their organizational culture.
The Services under this Framework Agreement is ment to support Avinor, ANS in this restructuring.
Summary of the scope:
-Function as a strategic advisor and facilitator for the management within the restructuring area
-Support and participation in our cost efficiency improvement project “iPosisjon”
-Support and participation in our organizational restructuring project
-Project support and project management for other projects ad hoc
