Kort beskrivelse
Hankinnan kohteena on ohjelmisto, joka tunnistaa sattumalöydös keuhkoemboliat (iPE) varjoaineella tehdyistä tietokonetomografiakuvista (TT) rintakehän, vatsan ja vartalon alueelta. Ohjelmisto integroidaan HUSin radiologian tietojärjestelmiin ja se korvaa nykyisen käytössä olevan ratkaisun.
Tavoitteena on sujuva, automaattinen ja kontekstitietoinen käyttö radiologin työnkulussa. Hankintaan sisältyy ohjelmiston toimitus, asennus, integraatiot, käyttöönotto, koulutus, tekninen tuki sekä ylläpito. Ohjelmiston tulee täyttää EU:n MDR-asetuksen (2017/745) vaatimukset ja sillä tulee olla CE-merkintä.
Procurement object - Short description
The subject of the procurement is a software that detects incidental pulmonary embolisms (iPE) from contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT) scans of the chest, abdomen, and body regions. The software will be integrated into the radiology information systems of HUS and will replace the current solution in use.
The aim is to achieve automatic, and context-aware utilization in the radiologist’s workflow. The procurement includes delivery, installation, integrations, commissioning, training, technical support, and maintenance of the software. The software must comply with the requirements of the EU MDR Regulation (2017/745) and must bear a CE marking.
