FinnHEMS Lentopalvelut Oy (FinnHEMS Flight Services Ltd), a company organised under the laws of Finland (hereinafter
“FinnHEMS” or “Purchaser”) is providing Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (“HEMS”) at seven helicopter bases in Finland.
FinnHEMS currently operates four H145- and five EC135-helicopters. The fleet is expected to grow by one H145 helicopter in 2025.
The FinnHEMS hereinafter intend to purchase Aviation Hull & Liability Insurance for their helicopter operation.
The procurement covers the appointment of the Leading Insurer and the support behind the Leading Insurer.
The procurement procedure is divided into two parts, in order to appoint:
1) A Leading Insurer (for the Aviation Hull & Liability Insurance);
2) Support behind the Leading Insurer (for the Aviation Hull & Liability Insurance).
The procurement process will be conducted by FinnHEMS and their insurance broker Willis Towers Watson Sweden AB (hereinafter referred to as WTW).
