FINAVIA OYJ: Propylene glycol recycling system (PGRS) for Helsinki and Oulu airports

The object of the procurement is delivery of the Propylene Glycol Recycling System (hereinafter "PGRS") for airliner deicing glycol recovery. The procurement includes the design, delivery, and construction of the entire system.

The process is consisting of two stages:

Preconcentration

- Purification and concentration system for production of cleaned pre-condensate to produce 50 – 60% cleaned glycol

- This facility into two locations (Helsinki-Vantaa airport and Option 1: Oulu airport), see below.

Final concentration

- Concentration system for production of industrial glycol

Pre- and Final concentration stages will be Helsinki-Vantaa airport, Finland. Another, Preconcentration facility to Oulu airport, Finland.

The Oulu facility is an option of this procurement.

The PGRS will be located in designated facilities provided by the airport authority within airport premises.
