The works shall include earthwork, special foundations, structural work, concrete work, metallic structure, insulated simple-skin metal cladding, bituminous roof complex, as well as finishing, landscaping, drainage networks and road works. The works are expected to commence at the beginning of 2025 and to be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2025.
