Biocenter Oulu University of Oulu seeks a pipetting robot for protein crystallization experiments. , , Biocenter Oulu seeks an instrument, a pipetting robot, which is capable of pipetting nanolitre volumes with high accuracy. The instrument will be part of the Structural Biology core facility infrastructure of Biocenter Oulu. The core facility has an open access policy, and the instrumentation and software should be easy to use and maintain. The system has software to control the instrument. The nanodispenser must be able to make drops with variable volumes (at least between 50-200 nl) to different kinds of crystallization plates in a high-throughput manner. Ability to pipet also higher volumes in µl scale will be an advantage. The nanodispenser software is expected to come with detailed documentation of all features and software upgrades are to be made available regularly. The instrument and the software must be well suited to an academic multi-user environment., , The maximum total price is 120 000 euros (0% VAT). Tenders that will exceed this total price can not be accepted.
