Pavadinimas Construction of vertical cores at LHC Point 1 in Switzerland and LHC Point 5 in France
Trumpas pirkimo aprašymas ERN intends to place a contract for the construction of vertical cores at LHC Point 1 in Switzerland and LHC Point 5 in France. This comprises a total of 24 cores to be executed underground, 12 at each point, which will connect the newly constructed High-Luminosity LHC galleries to the existing LHC tunnel. Each core will have an internal diameter of 1 m and a length of around 7 m. The works are foreseen to begin on site in the fourth quarter of 2024.
