Enova would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer who will assist with planning, implementing, and analysing various types of qualitative and quantitative surveys. The objective of the surveys is to acquire a decision basis for the strategy and planning work as well as measuring the effect of the market and communication work in Enova.
