Oslo University will procure a new ionosonde that will be operated at an off-site location in Antarctica and must therefore endure challenging environmental conditions, including strong winds of up to 200-225 km (approx. 125-140 mph). There must be a possibility for remote control, as well as analysis software that allows the user to quickly gain insights on collected data in almost real time.
