The Contracting Authority shall enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the procurement of AV equipment for the entire BIR group. The contracting is in the process of constructing a new administration building in Bergen city centre. The building is scheduled to be handed over by 31.01.2023. A major part of the delivery will be related to this building. There will also be a need for new AV equipment at BIR locations during the agreement period. BIR's locations are situated in all of BIR's owner municipalities, which means that some travel for installation / service and maintenance must be expected during the agreement period.
