The procurement is for telephony services that cover the contracting authority's need for appropriate and cost efficient systems - either alone, or in combination with other systems. Telephony services are connected to the contracting authority's need for: • Mobile telephony services at subscription level • Mobile switchboard services • Administrative and commercial solutions • Competence related to telephony and user support • Landline telephony services The list is not exhaustive Important factors in contract are availability, quality and safety as well as the need for good geographical coverage.
